My approach is to befriend whatever arises, using the evidence-based and effective model of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. I'm currently accepting new clients and specialize in psychotherapy for individual adults. It is also my honor to work with clients across orientations and identities, so I invite you to come in just as you are.

ABOUT
Colleen Canyon has been working one-on-one with clients in a therapeutic context for twenty-eight years, first as a massage therapist, then as a long-time acupuncturist, and now as a psychotherapist. Her work is informed by her bodywork background, training in body-centered meditation practices, and intensive postgraduate coursework in IFS therapy. As a devotee in the helping professions, she is excited about how her work life is evolving and where it's heading.
